When the Saints Go Marching In!

It's a win for the New Orleans Saints. An amazing football season came to an end tonight with the much anticipated match up of the year that pitted the New Orleans Saints against the Indianapolis Colts in Super Bowl 44. The Colts are a long time favorite of football fans everywhere and were thought to have the upper hand again this year.
The Saints seemed to struggle through much of the 1st half of the game, but made a stunning recovery after half time. Coming back in the 3rd quarter the Saints were nearly tied with their rivals 16 to 17 but broke free with a touch down that put them 22 to 17 and eventually the underdog team found themselves in the winners circle. At 31-17 the Saints became another NFL team to win a Super Bowl. For this and other news please go to www.foxnews.com, www.cnn.com or www.nfl.com.

Phil the Chill

Punxsutawney Phil has been an expert on matters of weather for years, especially when it comes to how much longer we can expect to see snow and ice. The groundhog rose bright and early this morning to show off his new shadow. That's right, another six weeks of winter weather is yet to be enjoyed or dreaded by all. For most of the South and Northeast this year has been full of 8-15inch snow falls, winter weather advisories and school closings. With another weekend winter watch in effect, will Phils prediction become a winter weather reality? For more go to www.foxnews.com or www.yahoo.com.
