40 Years Ago Today

It is hard for many to believe that today marks the 40th anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in 1968. Although the assassin took from us an inspirational leader there was no taking away Dr. King's dreams for the future of our nation. So as we remember him let us remember and be thankful for the freedoms given us and recognize how far we've come in a mere forty years.
