An arrest was made in the disappearance of LaFayette, Georgia dispatcher Theresa Parker. According to foxnews.com, "LaFayette police officer Harbin Chaffin was arrested in regards to the case, Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson announced." As a result of the arrest there will be an internal investigation. Sam Parker, Theresa's husband, is on the same police force with Chaffin.
