The death toll has been brought to 7 since yesterdays shooting at North Illinois University, this is including the gunman. County Corner Dennis Miller released the names of the victims according to NBC news, "Daniel Parmenter, 20, of Westchester; Catalina Garcia, 20, of Cicero; Ryanne Mace, 19, of Carpentersville; and Julianna Gehant, 32, of Meridan."
