According to news reports the man responsible for setting the fire that ravaged California last week killing four firefighters and badly injuring a fifth has been arrested. Apparently he was also arrested in connection with a second wildfire. Raymond Lee Oyler, 36, of Beaumont, was arrested Tuesday evening of setting the latest fire and the one in June. Sadly the fifth firefighters who was in critical condition passed away yesterday evening at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton. Pablo Cerda was twenty three from Fountain Valley.
