Who didn't see this coming? Former New York mayor Ruddy Giuliani has set his plans for 2008 into action. According to news reports last Friday Rudy filed papers setting up his presidential Exploratory committee Inc. And yes, it is New York based. Americans remember Giuliani as man who steered all of New York during the attacks of 9/11. I guess we'll just have to wait an see if he is the right man to steer America. Good luck Rudy!
