Guilty as Charged

Guilty as charged, that's seems to be verdict for Raymond Lee Oyler. Oyler was arrested at his mother's home in connection with the recent California fire that swept 40,000 some acres, burned down 34 homes, and killed five firefighters. However, this is just one of many wildfire's Oyler has under his belt. According to FOX NEWS: "Prosecutors charged Oyler with five counts of murder, 11 counts of arson and 10 counts of use of an incendiary device.
